FAQ
What kind of chocolate do you use? All large bars are 45 g. Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars. Minis are a mixture of Hershey's Milk Chocolate, Hershey's Special Dark, Krackle, and Mr. Good chocolate bars. Belgian chocolate is available with sufficient notice 1 month.
How long does an order take? Orders are usually completed within 7-10 days from the receipt of the order and payment. We encourage you to place orders 3-4 weeks prior to your event or celebration to avoid delays.
What types of payment do you accept? We accept money order, cheque, or cash (in person). Half of the payment is due upon placing the order and the other half is due upon completion of the order.
Do you deliver? Delivery in Calgary is $15. Shipping outside of the Calgary area can be negotiated as to customer preference. Canada Post and Greyhound are shipping options. Shipping during the warmer months may result in higher shipping costs.
I need my order ASAP, Can you do that? Please contact me to arrange for a rush order, there may be an extra charge for rush orders. If you need faster shipping that can be arranged.
Where do you ship from? We ship from Cochrane, Alberta, Canada
We ship WRAPPERS ONLY to the USA.
